To our valued customers, partners and industry friends,
Due to the current situation concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, travel out of Finland is banned until further notice. Temporarily we will not be able to carry out field maintenance projects in all cases. Local Junttan service teams, Junttan Ab in Scandinavia and Junttan B.V. in Holland, and our dealer network, serve their own locations to the extent possible in these challenging times. Junttan USA team has sent their notice to US customers. Junttan USA notice can be found also on our website: https://junttan.com/junttan-usa-service-department-update/.
Your equipment is always welcome to our facilities in all Junttan locations, and our intensified technical support will be available Monday thru Friday from 6 am to 22 pm (GMT +2) by phone +358 10 194 482 or e-mail: service@junttan.com.
The spare parts service team will help within normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm (GMT +2) by email parts@junttan.com. Parts will be shipped to your facility or jobsite as is done under normal circumstances. Longer delivery times both for incoming and outgoing deliveries might occur with non-stock parts. Our parts team will keep you informed to the best of our ability. Once the parts are on site and if you require support with installation, contact Junttan technical support (service@junttan.com / +358 10 194 482) for guidance.
We are committed to maintaining our quality of service. Also, we are monitoring the situation, and will keep you informed.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Please take care of yourself and your loved ones and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Junttan Service Team
