The personal data is used for the management, maintenance, development, analysis and compiling of statistics of the customer relationships between Junttan Oy and their customers. The data may also be used for the planning and development of Junttan’s business and services.

The register contains the following personal data of the contact persons of companies and organizations:

  • Basic information: identification number, first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, job title and the company/organization where the person works
  • If known, interest and profiling data (e.g. position and department within the organization where the person works, campaign interest(s))
  • Marketing campaign history

The register is compiled from Junttan Oy’s customer data system, and the data is maintained with manual updates.

The data controller never disclose the personal data in the register to third parties, only when required by the Finnish authorities.

A data subject has the right to access the data concerning them stored in the personal data register and to request that the data be corrected or removed. Requests concerning the matter are to be submitted to the address in section 1.

9.       Principles of personal data protection

Only those employees are authorized to use the system containing personal data whose job description gives them the authority to process customer data. Each user has their own username and password to the system. The data is collected into databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical measures.

10.   Other rights concerning the processing of personal data

A data subject has the right to forbid the data controller from processing their personal data for direct marketing or other marketing.

The personal data is used for the communications and marketing of Junttan Oy and Junttan Operators Club and for sending club gifts.

  • Basic information: first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and the company where the person works
  • For club gifts, shirt size provided by the person themselves
  • Information on experience with Junttan’s equipment: what machine model(s) has the person operated, and how much experience do they have on the operation of Junttan’s equipment.
