- For fast and local support, submit a support request directly to the Junttan Service Desk. We review each issue submission the soonest and you are able to easily follow the process. Attach pictures, videos and documents already with the initial issue description to speed up the resolution.

Support is available also after warranty periods. After warranty periods, the first hour of support is offered free-of-charge, while subsequent hours are invoiced at 80€ + VAT / hour.
