Junttan USA Service Department Update

To our valued customers, partners and industry friends,

Due to the current situation concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, Junttan USA has made the decision to suspend
our field services and will only offer internal service repairs until further notice. Your equipment is always
welcome to our facilities in either Laurel, DE, South River, NJ or Green Cove Springs, FL. Technical support over
the phone will be available and machines equipped with Junttan Life System are able to be remotely logged into.

Our warehouse will be open with normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Parts will be shipped
to your facility or jobsite as is done under normal circumstances. Once the parts are on site and if you require
support with installation, Junttan is willing to help over the phone, through Facetime services or even via our
Junttan Life Systems free of charge.

If you require a rental machine, we will provide operator and rigging training in our facility before the machine
were to be transported to your jobsite.

From a global outlook, Junttan USA is a subsidiary of Junttan Oy (of Finland) and require their support, we are
monitoring many concerns that range from:

• Rise in shipping costs
• Availability of sea freight containers
• The effects of the pandemic on our parent company in Finland.

It can’t be stressed enough, if you are planning any major repairs on components, that supply routes may require
longer lead times, extensive pre-planning is suggested. If you aren’t sure if you will require a part that is not
normally in stock, we suggest you contact our parts department to find out if it can be sourced locally or if the
part needs to come from Finland. Planning efforts for restocking will be handled with the utmost consideration
of the equipment in the North American market and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on supply chains. If
we could plan for every item, we would even surprise ourselves.

To help you understand the reasons we have made this difficult decision, our field personnel are on many jobs
each day, week and month. The map of a Junttan service technician can look like a web throughout the United
States. This type of travel could also cause the transmission of this virus to many locations if just one of our
coworkers are infected. Also, the nature of our business is still very small. If we were to see just one of our coworkers
go out due to the COVID-19 virus, it would cripple us much longer than this short delay in field service
is expected to last.
