A New Managing Director for Junttan

The Managing Director of Junttan, Tommi Lindbom, and the company’s Board of Directors have reached a mutual conclusion that the new development phase of the business will require a person with a fresh skill set to lead the way. Therefore, Tommi Lindbom has stepped down as the company’s managing director as of February 17. The search for the new managing director was initiated right away.

Tommi Lindbom held the position from 2005 onwards, and under his leadership, Junttan has developed into one of the most prominent companies in piling equipment markets around the world.

According to Tommi Lindbom, his eight years as Managing Director of Junttan were extremely rewarding, but now is the time to take on new challenges. He extends his thanks to Junttan’s excellent staff and Board for impeccable cooperation and wishes everyone in the company success in the future. “From now on, I will be focusing more on board-level involvement in SMEs in the Northern Savonia region,” Lindbom states, with regard to his future plans.

Juha Heinonen M.Econ., a board member of Junttan Oy, will serve as the company’s acting Managing Director as of February 17. Heinonen worked as Junttan’s Managing Director between 1995 and 2005, and remains a minority shareholder in the company.
