Junttan collaborated with Danfoss to deliver the world’s first electric pile driving rig

The first eJunttan, PMx2e, has been designed to match the operational performance of a diesel-powered rig as closely as possible. The hydraulic system of the PMx2e, is controlled by a Danfoss’ Editron electric motor that generates power from a battery pack, enabling the pile driving rig to provide diesel-like performance, even in the harshest working environments.
