Junttan PM5 in Action at The Valley – Boer BV Driving the Future Forward

Junttan’s Evolution Series continues to make a strong impact in the field, and we are proud to see our valued customer Boer B.V. leading the way with the PM5, the first model in this new generation of pile driving rigs, at the “The Valley” project in Vierpolders, the Netherlands.

This large-scale greenhouse development combines infrastructure, logistics, and sustainable agriculture, creating a unique and forward-looking environment. At the heart of the project is a 8,000,000-liter water tank, standing approximately 11 meters high with a diameter of 32 meters.

Solid Foundations for a Complex Project

With the state-of-the-art PM5 machine, Boer B.V. brings strong expertise and professionalism to the site, ensuring efficient, high-quality execution throughout the project.

In total, the project includes 500 driven piles, divided across key structures:

• Water tank foundation: 233 square piles (29 × 29 cm), with lengths of 22–23 meters
• Warehouse and office facilities: 267 square piles (29 × 29 cm), also 22–23 meters in length

Supporting Sustainable Growth

Adjacent to the main construction site, an extensive greenhouse complex is being developed, ultimately covering 50,000 square meters. This highlights the broader vision of The Valley – a project that integrates industrial functionality with sustainable food production.
