As we move through another busy period across Australia and New Zealand, we’d like to share some highlights from the field and thank our customers and partners for their continued trust and collaboration.
Our rental fleet continues to play a key role in several major infrastructure projects across the region. Junttan hydraulic impact and vibratory hammers are currently involved in our customers’ significant works, supporting the delivery of critical transport, marine and port infrastructure.
At the Lumsden Point Project in Port Hedland, Western Australia, our equipment is contributing to the development of a new multi-user logistics hub designed to improve freight efficiency and expand export capabilities in the Pilbara region. This significant project will strengthen supply chains and support the continued growth of one of Australia’s most important industrial regions.
In the Northern Territory, Junttan hammers are supporting the landmark Darwin Ship Lift Project, one of the largest marine infrastructure projects ever undertaken in northern Australia. Once completed, the facility will provide ship lifting, maintenance and repair capabilities for defense, commercial and private vessels, delivering long-term economic benefits and supporting local industry for decades to come.
In New Zealand, piling operations for the Second Ashburton Bridge project are now commencing. The bridge upgrade will improve transport connectivity and resilience for local communities.
Junttan equipment is also active on the Flinders Port Development in South Australia, where major marine and port infrastructure works are enhancing the state’s logistics network and supporting future growth in trade, renewable energy and industry.
Alongside these flagship projects, our equipment continues to support numerous smaller piling works throughout the region, helping customers deliver successful outcomes every day.
We’re also seeing strong market interest in the new Junttan DR5 drilling rig as a rental unit. Contractors are recognizing the advantages that the DR5 offers, particularly given the local ground conditions. This growing interest reflects the increasing demand for versatile, productive and cost-effective piling solutions across the market.
The rental market remains active, with equipment in high demand and a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects. While utilization levels are strong, we continue to maintain fleet availability and encourage customers to get in touch early to discuss future requirements. With more work on the horizon, we remain committed to providing reliable equipment and responsive support whenever and wherever it is needed.
Most importantly, none of this would be possible without our people. We are fortunate to have what we genuinely believe is one of the best teams in the industry. The commitment, professionalism and customer-focused attitude of our crew set them apart every day. Whether supporting projects on-site, maintaining equipment, coordinating logistics or assisting customers behind the scenes, they consistently put customer success front of mind and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
We are proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to supporting even more projects in the months ahead.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
