Junttan Shop Return Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel their order placed through the Junttan Shop (online store) and return the product within 14 days of receiving of the order.
The returned product must be unused and capable of being resold.
Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Return costs will be refunded only in cases where we have made a mistake (e.g. sent you a wrong size/item), the product was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty.

The product must be packaged either in its original packaging or in a similar manner and the original packing slip must be included in the package.
Please note that your return must has sufficient postage paid.
