Summer trainees of 2021!

May we present you, our summer trainees of 2021! ☀️
 
This year’s group consists of six teenagers, two of whom are first-year high school students and one is in a vocational school studying to be an electrician. The rest of them will take a grand leap in their life as they move into second-level education after summer – two in high school and one in a vocational school.

These six future talents have spent the past two weeks familiarizing themselves with working life and gaining valuable working experience. The two-week period included various property maintenance tasks inside and outside the factory, archiving and digitalizing documents, among other things.

All summer trainees agree that it’s nice to do something that adds real value and where they can see the result of their handprint directly. After this week, they get to enjoy the sunny weekend and summery weather of Kuopio.
