- For fast and local support, submit a support request directly to the Junttan Service Desk. We review each issue submission the soonest and you are able to easily follow the process. Attach pictures, videos and documents already with the initial issue description to speed up the resolution.

Support is also available after warranty periods. After warranty periods, the first hour of support is offered free of charge, while subsequent hours are invoiced at 80€ + VAT/hour.
- The price of one ticket for all non-Junttan customers is €120, and after one hour of time use, the price is €110 per hour. Each ticket can only contain one support request or technical issue solving. A ticket cannot be used for more than one issue.
