At Junttan, we want to back up world-class equipment with the best possible services. Based globally and at our factory, did you know that our tech support teams are ready to help you at short notice?

During local working hours, tech support is provided through our network of dealers and subsidiaries.  The factory-based on-call tech support is available from 6am to 10pm GMT+2 Monday to Friday at +358 10 194 482.

The team at the factory consists of Ville Lyytikäinen, Heikki Meuronen, Petri Turunen and Mika Räsänen, representing various skillsets to solve virtually any issue. Also, remote diagnostic tools and wide documentation is used to provide quick reaction and good service levels.
