Junttan Equipment Audit in Romania with Dewatering & Silent Piling S.R.L.

An important infrastructure project, demanding drilling work and one shared goal: keeping our customer Dewatering & Silent Piling S.R.L.’s Junttan equipment performing safely and reliably.

As part of an equipment audit visit in Romania, Junttan visited Dewatering & Silent Piling S.R.L.’s job site in Sighișoara, where a Junttan PM26LC drilling rig (S/N 1379) equipped with a Junttan JD40C rotary head is working on the Sighișoara Bypass Road project.

The project involves the construction of pile retaining walls for both cut and embankment sections. The extensive scope includes 1,952 drilled piles totaling more than 32,000 linear meters, with pile diameters ranging from Ø620 mm to Ø1080 mm and lengths from 12 to 20 meters.

During the audit, the Junttan PM26LC was thoroughly inspected to assess its condition and performance and identify opportunities to support reliable operation and long-term equipment performance.

Equipment audits also provide an important opportunity to work directly with our customers on site, exchange knowledge and better understand the equipment’s performance in real operating conditions. The audit was completed in close cooperation with the Dewatering & Silent Piling S.R.L. team, whose professional support contributed to a smooth and successful visit.
