With JunttanCare+ spare parts agreement, our crew will contact you 80 machine hours before your next scheduled maintenance. Once the required list of parts is determined, we will ship the service kit directly to your workshop or job site.
Remote support and annual audits
JunttanCare+ comes with a remote connection so the rig will be always connected to the Junttan support center. Technical issues can be solved remotely and in some cases, under 1 hour. In addition, the JunttanCare+ agreement includes an annual audit of your equipment*. Junttan equipment audit includes an inspection for mechanical, hydraulic, electric, and safety components.
As a result, Junttan will issue a complete condition report with recommended maintenance and spare parts to keep your equipment operational and safe.
