Manager, Digital Tools

We believe great equipment deserves great digital services. However, cross-functional success only happens with undivided attention and specialized skill sets. Great product management will play a key role as we build the future of the foundation industry.

Collecting and using data is a vital enabler of safe foundation construction. For example, pile reporting verifies that ground stabilization has been done as planned. As manager for digital tools, you will lead the development and launch of next-generation reporting and other tools to accompany Junttan fleets around the world.

Your tasks
You’ll lead modern product management initiatives including service design, technology and business development.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Joining our digital services team in studying customer needs in key markets
  • Merging your findings into our digital vision
  • Leading data and customer insight -driven design work with UX partners
  • Supporting internal and external software teams in bringing our digital vision to life
  • Launching digital services with our international sales teams
  • Documentation, sales support and continued service development
  • Contributing to building the team and its processes

Your assets that we need

  • Proven success in creating and managing great digital experiences
  • Ability to take decisions, structure information and communicate well
  • Proven attention to detail and data
  • Skill set to extract, summarise and communicate customer needs
  • Willingness to travel tirelessly to remote job sites
  • Fluency in and willingness to work fully in English
  • Tendency to network and build relationships; shy and quiet are not words that describe you

The below skills are a strong bonus

  • Relevant programming skills
  • Familiarity with the heavy machinery and/or the foundation industry
  • Language skills beyond English
